Refund Policy

We understand that you might not be provided with a solution to the issue you have encountered. Thus, it would be fair to provide you with a refund in such a case.

To clarify circumstances and simplify the process of providing you with a refund, we would like to introduce you to our Refund Policy.

Within 15 business days from the moment when the agent started working on your computer problem you can apply for a refund. A refund is provided in the following cases:

  1. The issue has not been resolved during the session with agent.
  2. The issue reappeared within 14 days after the session with agent.

As an alternative to a refund, you can be provided with a refix of the issue. To apply for a refix, please write an email to help@lettucehelp.net providing us with the following information:

You will not be able to get a refund under the following circumstances:
  1. After 15 business days from the moment when agent finished working on your computer problem.
  2. If you cancel the fix without contacting us within 15 business days.
  3. Rude behaviour towards our agents.
